Cayuse Technologies in Pendleton, Oregon, is seeking qualified individuals with an aptitude for wireless technology to provide technical solutions and support to customers.

Incumbents are responsible for operating in a high energy environment while providing quality service to customers. This requires excellent skills in customer service, communication and technology.

Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent; age 18 or over
-Experience in a customer service role
-Can type at least 30 wpm
-A strong foundation in Microsoft applications
-Familiarity of network hardware: cables, routers, and modems
-Ability to quickly navigate a computer and the internet
-Must be a quick learner who will succeed in a challenging environment
-Must have experience with electronic media devices, such as music media, smart cell phone, PDA’s, etc.
-Is dependable; completes assignments on time and accurately; assumes accountability for own actions and for areas of responsibility
-Is punctual and understands the importance of being at work as scheduled
