Rentals Available at the Grant County Fairgrounds
We have a wealth of facilities and options for your many needs: Weddings, reunions, large group gatherings, rallies (car, motorcycle, bike). Think of us when planning your special group activities and great events.
The Trowbridge Pavilion
Fee: $350/day plus cost of heat
The Trowbridge Pavilion is a 140' X 80' building - perfect for large events.
Kitchen (remodeled in 2011)
Fee: $100 per day for full use
We will work with individuals who wish more limited useage
Keerins Hall
Fee: $35/day plus cost of heat
Keerins Hall is an early 1950s wood construction building measuring 120' X 40' with 3 meeting rooms and mens/womens restrooms with two showers in each.
Sales Barn
Fee: Not available at this time
80' X 120' wood bleacher seating, sawdust floor, wood const. (built late 194Os)
Poultry Barn
Fee: Negotiable
Used during fair time but will work with you if you are interested in rental
60' X 20' Storage Building (formerly show building)
Fee: Negotiable
Electricity, wood hinged window openings, dirt floor, and wood/metal construction.
Heritage Building
Fee: $175/day with lights, Fri-Sun $500 with light, Mon-Thu $300 with lights, Hourly rate without light $30
150' X 175' indoor arena, water, electricity, dirt floor, clear span, metal construction (built 2002).
Outdoor Arena w/Covered Stadium Seating
Fee: $350/day without lights, $475 with lights
Wood metal construction, seats 750 including use of the following:
- Maintenance Building: 40' X 25' elect, dirt/wood floor, wood/metal const.
- Arena Restrooms: 20' X 50', 3 showers each in mens and womens restroom.
- Grandstand Restrooms: 20' X 50', mens and womens restroom.
- OutfieldlRV Park Restrooms: Cement building completed in 2009 with men and women's restroom and four unisex showers with individual entrances.
- Miscellaneous small buildings (vendor stands).
Parking
Paved parking lot in front of the main Trowbridge Pavilion is available free for all events and functions.
Additional open grass areas are $10.80/night including the use of the restrooms and showers for camping, carnival and other events.
The use of adjacent undeveloped land is also available upon request. |
