Weekly agendas are finalized each Monday and publicized electronically first thing Tuesday by notice to the Blue Mountain Eagle newspaper, KJDY radio, and individuals on the agenda distribution list. If Monday is a legal holiday, the agenda is finalized the preceeding Friday.
Written requests to be placed on the County Court's weekly agenda must be received at least one week before the next regularly scheduled meeting. Send a detailed explanation of the reason(s) for appearing before the court, including any supportive information.
